hi SD gurus

A credit memo with a value of below Rs5000 shld be released without any blocking. If the value of the same credit note is between Rs5000- Rs10,000 it has to block and a message shld go to Area Sales Manager who is responsible to release, If the same credit note value is above Rs10,000 it shld block and the message shld go to Sales Manager to release,

Plz help me out

Kishore have correctly mentioned that this is an Enhancement & based on the requirement, necessary coding requires to be done by Abaper.

This being a standard requirement at most of the client, but still requires enhancement.

for this scenario there is a need to write some coding in the credit management program, here ABAPer will sts some Zmessage when ur requirement fulfills, discuss with ur abaper to overcome this scenario.
