error while executing fk10n line items

Dear All,

I am getting this error

(An internal error has arisen in the form routine ANALYZE_ACT_FIELDCAT for program RFITEM_INC.

This is due to inconsistencies between table T021S (special fields) and structure RFPOSEXT.)

When i execute the t-code fk10n and try to list the line item, it doesnot display the line item and give the above error.

Can anybody tell me what the error and how to solve it.

this error is coming in only one user.
