Hi,

You use an externally processed activity to specify the services that need to be provided by other companies in order to complete the activity. External processing is carried out via the purchasing department.

Service activities are also used to procure services externally.

Hi,

Configure the control key PM03 for external service & service ticked. Assign the control key to Network type you are using.

When you release the network with operation havong control key PM03, system will create PR for external service..Convert this PR into PO.
