when we are creating condtition type like pr00, k004 there is a tab calles RECORDS FOR ACCESS. WHAT IS THE USE OF THIS FIELD

Through the tad RECORDS FOR ACCESS we can know what are all condition records maintaining condition table wise, which are maintaining in access sequence of that perticuler condition type.

if u click on this push button u can reach the vk13 screen for that conditon type.

If you click on Record for access icon you will get displya condition record screen click on execure button you can see the condition record what you maintain in VK11.

In a condition type maintained manually you have a access sequence.
An access sequence is a search strategy that the system uses to find valid data for a particular condition type. It determines the sequence in which the system searches for data. The access sequence consists of one or more accesses. The sequence of the accesses establishes which condition records have priority over others. The accesses tell the system where to look first, second, and so on, until it finds a valid condition record. You specify an access sequence for each condition type for which you create condition records.
