Communication Channel info in Alerts

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to include Communication Channel info in the alerts triggered from Adapter Engine?

As I understand only two variables are available by default for the Adapter Engine Alerts - Adapter Type and Error Text(which is truncated to 255 bytes), right?

HI,

Alert can be raised if there is a problem with the integration engine or Adapter engine. For this we have to define a rule in Alert configuration through RWB.

We need to specify the sender service, interface and namespace in the alert rule.

Hi,

I know how to setup Alerts, they are already working in our SAP enviroment, my question was about if it is possible to extend the Alert message with some Communication Channel info, if the error happens in Adapter Engine.

Hi,

If ur Adapter fails then in Alert inbox u will get the information about the Abdater and what is the error,then why u want to specify more information.

Have u tried to fail the adapter and have u checked what message its giving.
