Unable to login into IR and ID of Enterprise Service Workplace

Hi Experts,

I am Unable to login into IR and ID of Enterprise Service Workplace.its telling unable to load the jar files(download error)

But i am able to log into IR and ID of my Company's server.

i have done all the setting in JWS .

Also followed the below blogs

Everything is correct

The jar files are already downloaded.. but.. why its telling unable to download client.jar files when i try to open IR and ID of ESWorplace??

Experts please help me!!

How is that Enterprsie serivce workplace connected to the server? the only thing that can stop the jar files is either the java gateway or speed of the server..

thanks for ur reply.I am connecting through url.

I have freshly installed JWS 1.4.16 ,then i have tried the my company IR and ID.So at the first time ..JWS downloaded the client files..and IR and ID was opening successfuly.

But when i tried to open iR and ID of Wnterprise SErvice Workplace.... it say download error.I dont understand why its trying to download again...??

what u suggest??
