some dynpro questions

hi everyone,

i have some questions about web dynpro. we're currently setting up the 2004s and i need to know if its possible

- to change the web dynpro definitions (like how a group box will be converted to html)

- to "deploy" commonly used images, so i don't need to add them for every application

- to "deploy" custom classes, so they're accessible in every dynpro application

Hi Constantin,

I do not think it is possible to change the rendering of WDJ ui elements. I searched the SDN for that multiple times and even had to implement complex layouts with JSP/Dynpages because WDJ is just another RAD tool.

You can deploy a portal component that contains helper classes and commonly used images. After successful deployment you can use this component as Sharing reference within Portal.

Try having a look at WDJ DC's guess what you need can be solved with those things, especially if you're running NWDI.
