Yes u can change provided on conditon type if you mainta Manual entries field as no limit or C(V/06). and also don't forgot, you have Delete icon in condition type clikc and make it active then you can delete in our order which has come vale atutomatic select and delet and maintain as you want.
Go to V/06, select your pricing condition, PR00 for example and see what is maintained in "Manual Entries". If you maintain "manual entries has priority", then you can change.
