1. Double check the start & instance profile.
#####start & instance profile Last line has to be a blank line!!! Otherwise last command line cant read correctly, will be identified as never ending line. #
2. upgrade the IGS to higher version.
How to check the installed IGS- version?
run D:\usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\run (context - CMD Prompt Here) igswd -version

abap/buffersize (typical size 240,000 400,000 KB). You can see this value in ST02. But as u cannot start, insert it in instance profile file and restart. Remeber if u have changed any profile parameters related to memory especially

can u check the abap buffer value. Too much memory leak also causes this. Also plzz check again the parameters of igs in the start profile.

did u change any profile parameters especially related to memory. If yes reset them and also check r3trans -d to check connectivity with database. Try restarting the entire sap system once.
