MSCS Sap Installation error on cluster

Dear sir,

i am facing problem while configuring MSCS in node A.

I am getting error in Central Instance creating sap cluster group.

Details of server

Two Physical server with shared DS3200.

Cluser server details for your reference as

follows:

Node A :

IP=192.168.2.14

Host name= Galaprd01

Node b:

ip = 192.168.2.15

Host name= galaprd02

Cluster deails:

Cluster name = sapcluster

IP= 192.168.2.16

both servers are attached to domain.

Host group during sap installation:

databse host Name =gsapprod

IP= 192.168.2.17

User name used from domain :

sqlservice

Domain= pmc.com

I stuck at the end of cluster group creation in

Central instance creation:

Details requires :

network name :

IP details :

Subnet Mask :

IP type public/private:

Cluster name (Automatic displayed -sapcluster)

Have you configure the hartbeat connection between both the servers?

Dear Rajesh,

Yes All my network cables are connected, We are using all configuration users from existing domain.

Note : My Windows clustering is working fine.

Hi amol,

Check all the services on OS level, if your windows clustering is working(OS level) then it should work in SAP.
