We enter one item in sales
order after delvery creation
one item is comming not one time it is comming more than
one time what would be the reason

may be the material avaliability date differs for that check the schedule lines, and also batch split may happen at deliveryu level.

It happens when the material is batch managed and for that you need to enter the batch during delievery document and one line will disappear
