Quotation versions

Hi Forum Colleagues

I have a scenario where in customer would like to maintain versions of quotations and it should also appear in document flow. This is required as there are series of revisions in quotations.

2nd Scenario: Assume there are 5 quotation

IN

|___QT1

|___QT2

|___QT3

|___QT4

|___QT5

Here, customer might ask, please refer quotation 3 for sales order creation.

How do achieve this functionality?

1. check "update document flow" in maintianing copy conrols.

2.for this clarify that for creating sales order quotaion is mandatory or not.
