Synchronizing Business Partners for cProjects

Hi all,

We are on cProjects 4.0, ECC 6. We are trying to create Business Partners of the employees via report HR_SYNC_PERSON. The required settings are made for HR Integration in transaction OO_CENTRAL_PERSON.

On running the report, we are getting the following error:

Internal error in IGS1, GB. RFC: Connection error 00000000CP

Message no. GEOCODING004

Diagnosis:

An internal error occurred during geocoding or in a related geocoding program.

Any suggestions on how to rectify this error?

Hi Vivek,

It may be not the best forum to post this issue, even the cProject is involved.

After my brief investigation, the notes 454042 & 934412.should give you some helps at this issue.

If the problem remains, please the component BC-SRV-GEO (geographic function) is the right one, I donot know, which forum it belongs to.
