cProjects Resources

Hi,

We have two groups using cProjects in our organization.

We require that Employees/Business Partners of one group be completely hidden from the users of the other group such that users of one group cannot assign resources of the other group in their project.

Please suggest.

You can achieve this if you are using xRPM. In xRPM which again uses cProjects projects and Role functions we can create Resource Pools and assign Resource Manager the resource pool . This way only a particular resource manager will be able to staff a resource for a project for which he/she is a resource manager.
