Smart form Label printing Errors

Hi ABAP gurus,

I am trying to print a smartform onto a Zebra QL420 Label printer and am encountering errors.The SPool Request has been created sucessfully and goes from status processing to problem-Error in Host Spool system.I am not even able to print a SAP standard smart form onto this printer.We have made a lot of changes in the printer driver settings by using ZLEB2 driver for 203 dpi label printers and also installed the SAPSprint service.But it is not working.Do you have any suggestions,please let me know.

Hi,

What is the long text and the message number for that? If you have SAP OSS Id then try to find SAP notes for it.

Hi Bharat,

The details of the message i am getting in the SP01 transaction for the spol request i had created using smartforms are

Info -Probem(error in host spool system).

Message -Warning.Error on device

Error class-Problem

Area - SAP SPool

Printout - Not Printed.

I am getting the same errors for all smartforms printed.Also,the print settings are to Print using SAP protocol.I will check OSS for more help.Any assistance would be very useful.
