Curious problem in NWDS Rightklick does not work within Web Dynpro Explorer

Hi Gurus,

i have a strange problem in NetWeaver Developer Studio (7.0):

NWDS does not take rightclicks in the web dynpro explorer to show context menues. anywhere else in NWDS (i.g. in navigator or task window) rightclick functions and shows the context menue but not in the WD explorer.

I tried to close and open the project again using project menue, closed NWDS and even reboot windows. I also created a new WD project but rightclick still did not work even with the new project.

Anyone got an idea?

Hi,

Try this,

1. Close your NWDS.

2. Navigate to <install drive>:\Documents and Settings\<logged in user>\Documents\SAP\workspace\.metadata and delete .registry file.

3. Restart NWDS.

Hi,

I think metadata get corrupted, you can backup your projects and cleanup the workspace.then you can import the projects.
