Hi,
I am trying to replicate Oranization structures from HRD system to ERP system (ECC 5.0). I have used PFAL transaction to send IDocs of type HRMD_ABA. In the distribution model, I have filtered the model to Infotype 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006 (subtype 1).
Now the IDocs have been successfully created and posted to the ERP system. When I am processing them, they are turning to status 52 and the message is "Object 01 ,P ,10002867 does not exist: infotype 0006 cannot be created".
Please advice what needs to be done now.
All your suggestions and answers are highly appreciated and well rewarded.
Thank you in advance.
Sidhu.
Hello,
What are the parameters you are using in PFAL ?
Obviously a position P is not created when you try to integrate the infotype. First reason could be that the position has not been replicated. Second that the idoc containing the position has not been integrated when system tries to interate the one with the infotype
For the first case, check the input parameters in PFAL and ensure all object are contained in the idocs.
For the second case, just reprocess the idoc with BD87.
Rgds,
Pierre

The parameters that I am using in PFAl are
Plan version: 01
Object type: O
Object ID: xxxxx (a valid number)
Evaluation path : OS-CP
And Receiver Partner number : XXX(valid id)
When I test this, I dont see any org structure created in target system and the IDoc status is 52.
And in an other test I have used,
Plan version: 01
Object type: P
Object ID: xxxxx (a valid number)
Evaluation path :
And Receiver Partner number : XXX(valid id)
When I test this, the IDoc status is again 52, but I am able to see the employee with the search option for Object ID.
When I explore this employee using the transaction PA20, it says to generate P0001 using the transaction PE03, which I am not sure how to do it.
Please advice how to generate P0001 and P0002 using transaction PE03.
Thank you in advance.
Sidhu.
Hi Pierre,
The main purpose of Organisation structure being replicated is not being met. Though the employees are created, they are not being assigned to a Org Unit.
And more over, I am not able to process to IDocs with status 52. It says, "nodes of this status cannot be processed".
Can you suggest me how to replicate Org structures?
Thank you in advance.
Sidhu

Hi !
Is this problem resolved? I am also sailing in the same boat.
I am trying to send Mini Master data from HR ECC 6.0 to FI instance.
I had a partial success too! When I try to send 0000,0001,0002 that idoc is posted successfully. The problem persists only while sending data for 0006 & 0105 and when they are added to the distribution model.
Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Vikram. B
Hi
Did you customize 01s number range as external for persons?
Did you entered all entries in T77S0 table? Check status of message type HRMD_ABA IDocs.
Did you check if your users are error-free like for users created manually. (TCode BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE)?
Check whether OSS notes 941960, 916483 helps.
SRM5 - 966859 & 967757 & 985725 Org structure integration
Please go through the related links as well ->
Hope this will help. Do let me know.

Hi Atul,
I have tried some of your suggestions but they werent helpful too. I have changed the table T777D, but of no use.
Most of the suggestions were for SRM. But I want to replicate data from ECC 6.0 to ECC 5.0.
Any of your suggestions would be highly valued and appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Sidhu.
