Require Jar for MDM Enrichment Adapter

Hi,

I am working on a scenario of implementing MDM Enrichment Adpater.

I've gone through the SAP TechEd 07 document "SAP Netwear MDM Walkthrough - Part 3 of 03 Developing an adapter for the MDM Enrichment Architecture" (MDM 350).

In that they have used the "GeoNamesHelper.jar" file.

Can anyone provide me this or some similar jar file for fetching latitude and longitude from the name of city using an External Enrichment Service Provider?
