upload support package " help"

Hi Expert!! how are you....

i need you help, I will apply support package resouce human, but before making the upload in sap requires decompress in cmd with the command "SAPCAR -xvf Filename extract" since the directory usr/sap/trans/eps/in, but when I write I said "'SAPCAR' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file." It will be something that I am jumping? Some point an area not? I will have to call some command before?

hola juan, los paquetes descomprimidos si se encuentran en ese directorio, son como 8 paquetes que necesito cargar, crees conveniente actualizar la spam? eso podra afectar

entro al 000 con el usuario ddic, cuando le doy un load package>from aplication server me dice que va a conectarse con el directorio sapmnt\eps\in y luego me aparece una lista con los support package viejos ya instalados no los que acabo de descomprimir,

Hola Luis,

el directorio sapmnt es usualment un share creado para compartir la carpeta \usr\sap asi que si esta apuntando a \sapmnt\eps\in debe haber un path \usr\sap\eps\in.... chequea que el paquete este en esa carpeta...

de lo contrario si es un solo paquete el que vas a cargar en el systema ve a SPAM-> Support package ->Load -> From frontend y apunta a la direccion del SAR file... sap lo descomprimira automaticamente.

thank, Already I could decompress, each file generates two .pat, these files are stored automatically in the same directory? Because when I go to sap and I give upload (This should be the procedure or not?) others are unless these, That will be doing wrong

Yes leave them in the same directory... then just logon to your system and go transaction SPAM -> Support Package -> Load Packages -> From Application Server.

Hello Luis,

You need SAPCAR program to execute the command on sapcar. This can be downloaded from market place and put in a folder from which u can execute the command. Else you should execute the command from the path usr/sap/trans

Copy SAPCAR from the kernel directory to the /usr/sap/trans/eps/in and them execute the command.
