Error message:User XY is already processing the document try later"

Hi experts,

when user tying to work on EBP, he is getting the message "Uer XY is already processing the document try later" could any body explain me why it is getting this message.

Apply the foll OSS notes...

Note 751884 - Locks still remain when you exit the service

Note 888306 - Approval Locks remain
