Send email from solution manager to Production system inbox (SBWP)

Hi,

Please help , on how to configure the sending mails to SAP inbox of SAP R/3 server, from SAP solution manager, while processing the message from service desk.

We are not looking for external email service..

Hi,

you can find a complete description in note 691303 for setting up email notification, when the status of a message changes. You only have to be careful, if you use a different transaction type, as tutor is set up for transaction type SLF1. The SAP standard transaction type is SLFN, so you will probably use this type.
