Mail 2 File scenario

My requirement is to pick the data from the attachement of unread emails and post the data in the form of a file on a server.

Please tell me how do go about this and handle this scenario.

The data in the attachement looks like this :

Lead code:12929

Order ref: sp/jaksd/1212

order type: S

Item code Qty

1221231 123

1212232 78

........... ...
