Unable to access ES Workplace IR and ID of XI 7.0

Hi

i got user name and password for ES Workplace.

I am unable to access IR and ID of XI 7.0

I am getting error as

Authentication error and under that

1)Unable to connect to server i.esworkplace.sap.com:50004.

Check server availability (SERVER_NOT_AVAILABLE)

2)Cannot open connection on host: 155.56.56.170 and port:

50004

what should i change..so that i get the access

I am able to access SLD ,RWB and all other system...

facing problem in IR and ID...

it should not be a JWS problem.. since i am able to open my company's XI system.

Hi Biblap,

The Port 50004 needs to be enabled from your end. Please check with network team.
