Do we need any specific authorizations for VC

Hi experts,

we have created systems in Portal (we are using federated portal) for VC, i am able to see the systems in the find data but when i trie to search its saying failed to connect to the backend system check the privileges.

so my first questions is that

1. Do we need to have access to the backend system means does the user need to have a id in the backend systems from which we are trying to get the data services.

2. what kind of access permissions we require for the user.

Hi Sreedhar,

1. Yes, you do require access to backend systems so that the single sign on to the backend system can work.

2. Your system should also be having permissions for VCRole and this role should be attached to you.
