Waste Management - How to Clear the existing waste?

Hi all,

I am working on waste management....

I am unable to clear the waste which is already existing in a storage location.....(Here, I dont want to choose "post" option as the stock is already present).

While clearing, the following error is observed : "Follow on document that do not permit incoming or out going posting exist for the entry document".

While creating the entry document, I have used the document category- Proc. with int/ext.no.range

Please help me out.

hi srinivas,

For clearing the waste following steps to be done

1. you must create puchase order against contract

2. disposal document to be created

3. after physically clear waste from s.loc, then you have to clear.

follow on document will be created for p.o and disosal doc then only it will allow you to create follow on doc for clear.
