Hi guys,
Can you plz help me to know what are the hardware requirements to set up Mobile 7.1 in our systems.
i.e. RAM size and memory etc.
Cheers,
Karthick
This is soo much dependent on your usage, and what is required.
As a starting point RULE OF THUMB only, you need
1 GB RAM MIN for your database (2GB recommended)
4 GB RAM MIN for SAP, assuming you only want 2 GB of extended memory
2 GB RAM MIN for Java.
Thus, as a starting point for more systems, you can either get a 2X6 (non ABAP), or 2X8 (ABAP+JAVA) and be ok.

I attended a session on DOE (Netweaver Mobile 7.1) at SAP Teched and I've been told there that the management tool ( NetWeaver mobile administrator in 2004s) is completely written in abap webdynpro.
Can somebody confirm this?

Hello,
Correct me if I'm wrong but to my information SAP Netweaver Mobile 7.1 doesn't need a java stack anymore.
kind regards,
Jeroen
