POs are shown on GR screen even after doing GRN.

Hi all,

In SRM, even thorugh the POs are GRed successfully with the full quantity and with the last delivery flag checked, then too those the POs appear on the User's SRM GR/confirmation screen inbox.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,

If you are using ECS scenario, can you check in your backend (ECC or R/3) that you do not have unlimited delivery flag in your PO.

Also, could you check that your SRM statistics are uptodate (job scheduled ?)

If above checks are useless, please give us your SRM release and patch level.

Alas, it is happening in our system. Vangala the SAP note 785144 is not applicable to our support pack level. We are at 11 support pack.

Thanks for your reply Yann,

I checked in ECC and there is NO unlimited delivery flag checked for any of those POs. Also there is no failure of any job, both the get status and clean req jobs are running fine.

We have ECS scenario with SRM SERVER 500 and on the support pack SAPKIBKS11.

Please let me know if something else need to be checked. Thanks in advance.

Hi Patrick,

I am running SRM50 SP9 and ECS scenario without having your issue...

If you do not have any related flag error both in SRM and ECC PO, neither error with SRM jobs...

Maybe a bug to report to SAP...
