Job" SM:SYNC SAP SESSIONS"Cancelled

Hello Everybody,

In my Solution manager Development System everyday the same Job " SM:SYNC SAP SESSIONS" is getting cancelled at the same time .Please suggest the solution to avoid cancellation of the above mentioned job.Below are the job logs for the above mentioned cancelled job:

Hi Ashish,

Your USERID Zenta must be a communication user it seems.

You may need to create a Z profile.

Hi Siddesh,

I had gone through the link mentioned by you and also I had assigned the roles to my user "ZENTA" as mentioned in link "Creating communication user" and again scheduled the job " SM:SYNC SAP SESSIONS" but still it is cancelling at the same time for the user "ZENTA" in my Solution Manager Development System.Please suggest me another solution to avoid cancellation of the above mentioned job.

Hi Ashish,

The Job is looking for OSS user id for connecting to the SAP Backend system.

You have to Assign, the OSS user id for your installation against the communication user ZENTA.

Use T.Code AISUSER for maintaining the OSS User id.

As mentioned by you I have used the T.Code AISUSER for maintaining the OSS User id but in that already a user "ZENTA" is maintained which is mapped to OSS .Please suggest the next step to avoid cancellation of the Job "SM:SYNC SAP SESSIONS" due to user ID "ZENTA".

What about the OSS id, does that OSS user have sufficient privledges, pardon my ignornace if its not an issue.. am bit rusty about this area.
