return code 12 means problem with the tp.

error looks like:tp_step_failure.

please check the consistency of the transport tool

stms_import~~>import~~>check-->transport tool

Every should be in green other wise if any thing is in yellow

you have trouble shoot.

Whether tp able to connect or not.

and check the profile parameters in /usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_SID.PFL

and upgrade the tp.exe and r3trans.exe to the latest.

And check the transdir location,whether it is pointing to the domain controller trans dir or not

Thats not a lot of info...

Please go to SE09 or STMS and check the transport log and post it here.
