VF05 Report(ALV GRID REPORT) to be exported into excel without Header

Hi

I need to export the VF05 Billing due list report(ALV Grid Report) into excel with out having the Top of the page. I need to export only the bottom grid into excel sheet.

Plz help me on this. URGENT

Hi Chandrasekhar,

I think it is not possible, unless you code for it.

But then, just by sorting your output based on document number or any other field in xl sheet, you should be able to sort all the header records continously, and then you can remove them leaving just one at the top.

Dear Chandra sekhar

Once VF05 is executed, select "List" on top left followed by "Save - File" and "Spreadsheet".

By default, the data will be downloaded into a text file. Open the file and select "Save as" and choose "Excel" and save. Now you can make changes whatever you want.

HI Lakshmipathi,

My requirement is Users do not want to change anything after in that excel sheet. They want to copy the report without Header into that excel sheet and the Header of the excel sheet would be something predefined. So the Header of the excel is already formatted and the report should be pasted below that.

PLEASE HELP ON THIS.........
