SAP MMC problem

Dear All,

In SAP Ides System, mmc process running but dispatcher only shows yellow color.

Process are,

1.msg_server.exe Running it Green Color

2.Disp + Work.exe Running but Dialog Queue info Unavailable it Yellow Color

3.igswd.exe Running it Green Color.

I dont know about to solve this problem pls help me anybody.

Hi,

We faced this problem when we done kernel upgrade .after next kernel upgrade this problem resolved .

Also check in Dispatcher log file for any error message.
