Payment Terms in sales order - urgent

Hi all,

while creating a sales order, payment term 'z204' is not appearing in payment terms drop down but this payment term has been defined in SPRO . Also finance ppl has created FD document in vx11n with this payment term.

Kindly tell me that why this payment term is not appearing in sales order.

Hi,

Please check whether the customer is checked in configuring the payment terms under "Account Type" tab.

As per your message, I think the payment terms hasn't been defined. kindly check if the payment terms have been defined and then assign the payment terms in the sales area tab and also in company code tab.

Do you mean in the Customer Master or some where else. I coundnt find the Accounts tab in Customer Master.

Hi,

please check wether you maintained the payment terms in cust master company code and sales area data sections, if you maintain there properly system copies it into the sales order.

In customer master , payment term field is empty but in drop down, system is not giving option for payment term ' z204'.
