Dear All,

We have created a WBS element in which there are number of levels.

The business area gets copied from the project definition itself.

When the levels are released PR is created. At some point user wants to change the business area in the Level. But could not change as the field is in display mode.

Even after deleting the PR line items, business area is n display mode. (No open PR item exists for the level created)

Kindly suggest how to handle this problem

Hi,

Please check if there are any remaining costs using RKACSHOW. Once you are completely sure that there are no costs, please run CJEN transaction. This should delete the remianing entries in RPSCO with zero values that are "confusing" the system.

Hi,

Please note that you cannot change the business area if plan/actual values, commitments, or budget exist. Check for any of the above.

If above is not the case, please check "field selection" for WBS. Business area may be a display field. (SPRO path: Project system->Operative structures->WBS->User Interface settings-> Define field slection
