Need to post blocked stock for sales order stock

HI Expert,

i have one issue pls solve it as soon as possible

when ever i received part return from customer ( RE) , it automatically going to unrestricted stock , i need its going to returns stock

Note : this is make to order type

urgent............ pls give solution

Dear Vinayagasundram

Try this.

Go to MM02, enter the material, select "Quality management" view and in that select "Insp.setup". Press F5 or click "Create Inspection types" at the bottom screen.

Now assign "06" in "InspType" on top.

the planning strategy make-to-stock we can create 06 automattically but the planning strategy Make-To-Order we cannot create automatically

if any settings missing?

What I was trying to convey was that in material master Quality Management view, instead of the inspection type 06, if you can try with 05, it may work.

Mr.Kali,

Please change the movement type in schedule line category 655. it define return goods Quality Inspection .then U cannot create a sales order for QI materials until it clears.

If it is wrong anybody correct me.

change the movement type in ur schedule line category from 653 to 651.use tcode VOV6.

2 whenever we receive parts from customer it will automatically the goods going to returns stock then we create DO and move to blocked stock -
