Integration engine is red

Hi All,

We are using XI 7.0 and my Integration Engine is red. our communication channel is working properly. I have tried to find out the reason but not able to get any reason. No dump, not any jobs failed, can you help me out to find out the reason why the Integration engine is red. It was geen few days before.

Any help will be appcreciated.

Try to refresh Cache under sxmb_ifr->Administration->Cache Overview->Full Cache Refresh. Check status after 10 min.

And ask Basis to check in Visual admin SLD data supplier is working properly & SLDCHECK is working properly.

If above not solve the problem then re-start MMC.
