Hi SAP gurus,

Could u tell me someting about I Doc(Intermediate doc).

What is the tool used here.

i do know I doc is of 2 types. ALE and EDI.

But in EDI and ALE , what is the tool used.?

Plz do explain clearly.

Hi,

Difference between ALE and EDI is

Using ALE we can transfer data from SAP system to SAP system.

Where as using EDI we can transport data from third party system,for instance if the customer orders from internet,we can handle through EDI to generate data through Idocs.

Hi Gurus

One got one issue regarding open sales order .

For internal order , which we call as asset internal order . Which is not relevant for billing . So after PGI , the system should show the order as closed . But still the system is showing as open ...

But for this order , in the so doc no billing doc has assigned and in the item category also in the billing not relevant for billing . But in copy control also , when i check i didnot find any problem .

And also when i check the status overview , the system is showing not refered .

Can any pls help me on this . It is really urgent ....

Suggestions are welcome ....
