Hello,

Can anyone please provide me approximate timeline(months) say to implement one of the objects 'Customer' considering consolidation and harmonization scenario.

Hi Kris,

To make it clear:

Implemeatation of scenario depends upon several mutually exclusive parameters viz.

a) Landscape Complexity

b) Data Size

c) Inter/Intra Level relevency of the to-be-added field to other objects/tables.

d) Upcoming organizational requirement/decisions (for ex M&A activities, new regional openings etc)

However, the consolidation and harmonization,in general, is lead by firstly analysis of data wrt above mentioned a) b) and d) factors.And this may be dependind upon DATA size.

Once the

1)data is analysed,

2)stretagies are made and

3)it's application and relevence is decided it's hardly work of several weeks to consolidate it/remove duplicacy and harmonize it.

Information about other fields,accurate analysis and knowledge of data size will help you efficiently to shorten time of implementaion which will fasten harmonization and syndication as well, if needed.

hi,

min resources required are six people including Basis , XI, MDM consultants.

And it depends upon the business requirements from the client.
