Hi,

Interface : IDOC to ABAP proxy (BI).

Messages are getting processed sucessfully in BI through ABAP proxy. But now I just noticed in RWB Component monitoring - >Adapter Engine - > Communication Channel monitoring, I couldn't find the IDOC sender and XI receiver communication channel I created for this interface. What might be the reson. Appreciate you help.

Thanks in advance,

John.

well you can't monitor IDOC adapter via RWB coz RWB is on Java stack and IDOC is on ABAP stack(same thing holds for HTTP too)

for XI adapter check if you can see it in Adapter monitor.

Thanx

Thanks Aamir...By mistake I put sender comm channel. Iam not able to find XI receiver comm channels in RWB under Communication channel monitoring. There are many comm channels of differant adapter types visible in RWB but recently created comm channels for this interface are not visible in RWB. Any idea how to resolve this problem.

Thanks,

John.

You would not be finding the XI receiver channels specificaly in RWB. All that you can see is the XI adapter over all connection status...

Hi VJ,

Thanks for your response. I am not clear about your answer.

Could you please let me know reason why XI receiver comm channels would not be visible under RWB?

Overall XI Adapter status under Adapter monitor have no errors.

How will I found if messages that have processed sucessfully in integration engine(SXMB_MONI) has failed in Adapter engine or not. Since this is a IDOC to ABAP proxy interface, I want to find out message has failed in adapter level or not for XI receiver comm channel. I am planning to config ALERT and send out email notification to production support for messages failed in Adapter level.

Thanks,

John

Hi VJ,

we can see receiver CC in RWB-component monitoring,

John - pl. refresh cache, or contact your basis guy (might be some java stack problem)
