Hi gurus,
"Sales Office" field does not appear in customer master data, Sales area data, Sales workseet.
Any idea?
Regards.
Mikel
Hi Mikel,
You can make your sales office appeare by doing the followings.
1. Go to
SPRO>Financial Accounting>Accounts Receivable and Account Payable>Customer Accounts>Master Data>Preparation for Creeating Customer Master Data>Define Account Groups with Screen Layout(Customers)
2. Choose the account group for the customer you want to display sales office with. (i.e. 0001 Sold-to-Party, 0002 Ship-to-Party)
3.Go into the detail
4. Choose Sales Data from Field Status
5. Choose Sales from Select Group
6. With the current setting, Sales Office should be suppressed. So, change it to Req. Entry or Opt. Entry
If you don't know the account group for the customer, go to transaction XD03>Choose One Customer>Extras>Administrative Data.
Hope this helps.

Dear Mikel
Follow the IMG Path - Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Customer Accounts -> Master Data -> Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data -> Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers).
Here choose your account group and double click on "Sales Data" and once again double click on "Sales". Now you will have the option to make the fields "optional" or "mandatory".
Thanks

Hi Mikel,
Just go to the customer master data and click on System->Status from the Menu bar and you can see whether any transaction/screen variants are attached to it.
Using this transaction variant you can make some fields invisible(or mandatory etc)
Also you can directly go to transaction SHD0 and key in the transaction code like XD03/VD03 and check whether any transaction variants are attached to it to find out the details.
Hope it helps
