Problems with standalone JCB on 4.7 system

Just wanted to know if anyone has any experience using the standalone java connectivity builder tool (JCB), that is deliverd on the WAS 6.20 installation CDs, with a 4.7 system. I have used the standalone JCB tool for proxy generation successfully for a 4.6 backend, however, when I tried this with a 4.7 system the RFC interface list never returns anything and stays at status loading.

I know this can also be done in Netweaver Developer Studio but I am specifically interested in the standalone JCB tool.

I had the same problem running with JDK 1.4.2.

I switched back to JDK1.3.1 and it works fine.

it just helped that the interface doesnt stay freezed

The Java connectivity builder works with a specific set of sapgui dll's. It may be you have the wrong version here as this may have changed.
