USOBT Inconsistency in ECC 6.0 Upgrade

Hi Guys,

We have been doing upgrade from R/3 4.6C to ECC 6.0. The upgrade in the development stage is over and we are in the testing phase. We have observed few inconsistencies but very complex.

Few tcodes were removed from few roles (which were brought in bcoz of the upgrade). this resulted in removing the standard auth object which was also being checked by some other tcodes.

i wud like to know if anyone else has faced a similar prob. is there any solution for such a problem. Replies are highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

Can you check a list of tcodes that are replaced in ECC 6.0 in SU25 transaction code. Once you have the list, you can go to SUIM to find out the roles that have these obsolete tcodes and manaully change them.

Hi Javed,

You would need to follow steps 2A to 2D in SU25 after the upgrade.

Without these steps you will face lot of inconsistenies with working.
