I have got an error with the monitoring setup wizaed in the step 3-
The Exception is User SAPSUPPORT is not found.
The UME Roles cannot be Assigned to the user.\

What is the version of you SAP Solution Manager 4.0?
It should be automatically created.

Yes i Know it should be automatically created , and also in the above step it says so---
User SAPSUPPORT Already exists in the ABAP User Store.
, but it still gives me this error, any ideas??
I see 2 possible issues:
- The Abap user, you use, is not authorized to use "su01" and change role/user.
- You are not connected to the right Abap client, see SAP note 987028.
If not, you should have an exception, visible in the logviewer. You can launch it from the lens icon in the top right of SMD.
