can anybody tell me how the exceptions in CN41 works ?

Hai Sebastian,

In CN41,U can use the exceptions to highlight.For eg: Consider in a project u want to know the activities whose Order Cost Plan 000 < 5000 dollars.Select your CN41 report layout with Order Cost Plan 000.Click on Exceptions 1, You will get a popup with General,Status,User defined push buttons.Click on User defined Push button.You will get a Pop up similar like your change lay out window.Move Order Cost plan 000 from Right hand side selection list to LHS selection list.Give the Value FROM = 0 END = 5000,Click on Execute.

Now you can see all the activities with planned cost less than 5000USD highlighted with RED color.
