EBP portal in display mode (not activating)

Hi,

We are having SRM 5.5 Testing server and SAP ECC 6.0 as back end, in this web browser is not working means after logon, it will not go any other transactions only in display mode. I was configured all settings (as per SRM 210 material) like logical systems, ALE, org structure etc. As I am new to SRM, I am unable find out the reason.

Can you any body tell what are the mandatory settings for ITS and working with web.
