Passing parameters from html link to VC model

Hi Experts,

I have a special requirement.

I want to click a hyper link in a simple HTML Page and want to navigate to a VC model .OK. I have accomplished that.

The next thing is, at the click, I want to pass some parameters to VC model, so that I can restrict the BI query based on that parameter.

For example, Let say If I click on "India" link in HTML page, the BI queries in VC model should be run for india only. But problem is how to communicate to VC that link "India" is clicked ??
