Solved: IS oil bulk shipment status

Hi All,

My question while we are doing bulk shipment the whole shipment is in status 4 but when it comes to vehicle it is in status 2 .

could some one please adivse me what might be the causes.

Raju,

This sounds like an Inconsistency issue, can you paste the doc flow of the shipment, and also tell how many vehicles are there on the shipment.

Raju,

Check the reversals to this shipment had happend correctly or not . If reversal has not been dopne correctly it mighthappen shipment still in status 4 and vehilce in status "2".

Hi,

i checked with my system once the shipment has load confirmation status can not be changed.During creation it shows status 2 in vehicle and after confirmation it shows as 4
