Hi all,
we are on SRM Server 5 and activated workflow WS14000044 (Completion by Purchaser).
But the workflow breaks off as soon as the shopping cart is completed by the purchaser and sent back to the requester.
is it possible to use this workflow in classic szenarios??
Regards
Cordula
The WF is applied to the SC and not to the PO. There is no restriction due to the scenario choice you've made on the SC WF.
I used this precise WF on EBP 4.0 (SRM 3.0) in decoupled scenario (Classic & Standalone).
Have a look further in the WF dump. Post more informations on it for further help.
Regards.

Hi Vadim,
the workflow log shows the following:
Work item 000000003173: Object FLOWITEM method EXECUTE cannot be executed

Error during result processing of work item 000000003174
Error when processing node '0000000102' (ParForEach index 000000)
The error arises after the purchaser has completed the shopping cart. actually the workitem should be passed back to the requester but then, the workflow breaks off.
could it be because of our batch user? does he need any specific configurations?
thanks for your help!

About the WF batch user, he should have SAP_ALL authorizations.
Your problem may come from the users consistency (check both requester and purchaser in transaction BBP_CHECK_USERS).
If it doesn't solve your issue you can send an OSS ticket on it: This WF is standard and should work properly.
