Blocking of the Forms

Hi Expert Friend

How can we block the form by the user.

I actually wanted to have 3 forms for Purchase order printing. One of them will be active and another 2 will be blocked.

But only 1 user will have rights to block and unblock the form depends on the requirement.

Can somebody provide me the solution on this,

Hi,

May be you can do this by giving check boxes.

Process for check box:

) U can use [] (Square brackets for this)

2) You can also use the following in menu bar.

Insert->Characters->SAP symbols->SYM_CHECKBOX

But in second method you cannot see checkbox in print preview.Check out whether you are getting it in printer.
