T-code for cancelled SKU's

m not able to find from which t-code i can find anceled contract for the number of SKU's.

I am looking for the canceled contract for the number of SKU's for following details.

Sales Org: 1000

Div: 03

Dist. Channel: 03

SDV1 tcode is used to see expiring contracts.

SDV2 tcode is used to see expired contracts

SDV3 tcode is used to see completed contracts.
