transport zone

please help in this. In customer data in general data it asking for TRANSPORT ZONE compulsory. How to solve this problem. please

This happens B'cos you have given the field mandatory in the account group

go to financial accounting ->accounts receivabel and payable -> preparation of creating customer master data

choose your customer account group go to general data there it is required field make it as optional

hope it solves the issue

go to OBD2 transaction, and select customer account group, then go to field selection group of general data section and specify the transportation zone as optional entry (it might be given as mandatory entry)

goto SPRO--> Financial Accounting> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable> Customer Accounts-> Master Data

> Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data> Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers)----->select ur account group and double click on that then in that screen double click on "general data" and got o the relevent screen and aganist that field select radio button as mandatory/optional as ur requirement.

Hi,

Goto OBD2 transaction and select appropiate account group of that customer and then goto deatils screen and double click on General data,there you can find "Tranaportation zone" field and select radio buttion under optional.

Make sure T.Zone is one of the criterial to determine route.If you do not mainatin thsi then the route will not be determine automatically.
